What is this pain I have?! *pic*

Ok the last two days I’ve been having this bigggggggggg pain in my lower back near my glute. I attached a picture to show where the pain is... Click on the picture, the red dot is where the pain is.

Anyhow I don’t think it’s a hernia... Could it be a pulled muscle? I heard of people getting back pains and lumps with dbol, could this be the issue? I am taking 40mg ED.

The spot doesn't really have a lump or anything; it’s more sore and tender than anything. I can barely even sit down... when I go to sit down I look like an old man.

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm taking 100mg of prop and 75 mg of tren ED

The pain started the day after heavy squats i think... That area was sore and all but i didn't have that exect pain until i tried to lift my broken tire+rim out of my trunk of the car.

Now i'm like an old man, can't really bend over, put socks on... deadlift.

After looking at that picture from taht url you posted with the sciatic nerve... that is exactly where the pain is from what i can tell. The top of the sciatic nerve is where i feel like it is.
