time on=time off, so i would take @ least 10 wks off
yes your diet should change when going from being on to being off
Bro that all depends on your recovery time...how you're feeling,I would suggest you get blood work done for your HDL,lipids and depending on if you took orals your liver values.
I woulda ran the pct longer but I'd wait 10 weeks if not more.
Recovery time...depends on how fast you recover after the pct,i finish my cycle like 13 or 14 weeks ago and im not ready for my next cycle...
LPR ...dermatology.
for me
ME PERSONALLY
not many would agree
but
time on = pct + time off
so 10 week cycle 4 week pct 6 weeks clean, right back on the train
is there anything in the market that would help with liver recovery after taking so much shit and if so what is it and where can i get itOriginally Posted by Bigmax
i like this stuff called perfect cycle liver support its made by anabolic extreme and sold at discountanabolics.com thats all prohormones and stuff to go with them. its milk thistle, ala and some other sutff its a 45 day supply i buy 2, 1 for start of cycle and 1 to start taking in pct to clean up
Keep in mind that that the longer you stay off the better your gains will be next cycle.Originally Posted by cynful

Time OFF?? whats that? Bwaaaaahahahaa 3 months total including pct and you are ready to roll. make sure those receptors are good n fresh.
Good rule is time on + pct =time off, to be 100% sure get blood work done,
don't go back on to soon you do build up a tolerance to gear so adequate time off is needed
I think the time on=time off thing is a cheap way out of getting bloodwork done pre-during-and post cycle... Granted many people do not have adequate insurance to pay for such things, but those who have this available to them should absolutely utilize the option of having bloodwork done instead of being lazy. I think it's better to KNOW you're recovered than to take a wild guess at it...Originally Posted by marcus300
