Loss of libdo with higher amounts of test???

I started on 400test cyp and 200deca ew for like the first 2 weeks of 12 week cycle and have gone up to 600 cyp and 400 deca ew and am now finshing week 8. I have been at this dosage for about 4 weeks now and the last week it seem as though my desire for sex which has been at about a 40 on a scale of 1-10 has started to drop. I thought I was reading that higher amounts of test can actually cause a loss of libido. Is this true? and if so it doesn't seem like I am taking enough to be concerned about that does it?

Started doing 500iu hcg e3d to try bring the boys back to normal size but haven't seen much difference there yet but it has only been 2 shots of hcg so far and was thinking it might take a bit. anyway was wondering what you guys thought.

Yet to see this side effect of testosterone. I've seen this with Tbol, which increases ones sex drive between the 40-100mg/ED range. But after that, a sex drive decrease may occur.

I cant see Testosterone causing loss of labido. But I can see prolactin causing it, when using a 19-Nor.

I don't know what the deal deal is? I mean it is not bad but not as good as it was. Could the HCG have anything do with it? Seems like this started about the same time I started the HCG.

it can happens,but with higher doses.
not yours 600mg cyp.

I'd take a whild guess and say that at massive doses of testosterone, 5g+/wk, there may be so must aromotase and estrogenic activity it may kill a users sex drive.

Maybe too much estrogen floating around...try some nolva or ldex and see if that could help. HCG can cause a big spike in estrogen to a serm or AI would be good. This could be the problem. Good luck.

Are you taking any AI's ?? To low of estrogen can kill your sex drive !! Also something to keep in mind is that testosterone can lower t-3 and in turn raise prolactin ( this will also kill sex drive... Another thing is your using deca which is a steroid with progestinic properties . If your progesterone levels are high that will kill sex drive. In male sex offenders they give them progesterone to reduce their sex drive ...

Would not use nolva when using deca .. Nolva can increase PgR in breast tissue and give more for deca metoblites to bind to increasing the chances of getting gyno.. I like using letro when using tren or deca because it has been shown to reduce progesterone receptors as well as work great as an AI.....

That is an odd way to run it IMO and it's a bit high of a dosage. Try to bump it down to .5mg/ed or .25mg/ed in hopes of getting a bit of estrogen for your normal sex drive to function. I have a feeling that mercedesdd was right about the estrogen being too low. Good luck and keep us posted!

Yea it seems the estrogen begin to low was the culprit but we didnt know what kinda of anti -e he was using .. When I read his original post I figured it could be an AI causing the problem but he didnt list if he was using one.. Now that he has posted he is using adex he can try to lower that dose.. Good advise Anabolois I would drop the dose down and see if that helps.. Some people do well with adex at .25 mg ED ( some even only use .25 or .5 EOD).. You can play with the dose and see what works best for you...

wont even beginn with letro doses on 1000-1500 test because 0.2 eod is way to much and cant dose that shit properly without ****ing up the estrogen levels, then they are to low then next week they are to high..

Letro sucks in my book, when trying to get estrogen levels within optimal range..
