I have a vague idea of when to take the winstrol, my friend told me to begin taking it on the 9th week of the test injections, so they overlap. what i should of asked was what dosage. do i just do 1 pill a day, or every other day. i see alot of dosing methods for the clomid is to start with 300mg the first day, then bring it down to a 100mg everyday for the duration of the month.
if you could give me a better idea of what i should take/how i should take it after my cycle to stop estrogen effects that would be awsome. and i have started the test, this monday will be injection #4.

currently i track all my progress through workout charts. i used to plan out my workouts everyday. but since i started this cycle, i follow a loose routine of certain muscle groups everytime i goto the gym, and keep my cardio/weight routine separate. the only cardio i do on weight days is before i lift, i burn maybe 100 calories at a fast/hard pace. this gets me amped up for my workouts.
again anabolios i would like to thank you for your support in answering my questions. if you have any other suggestions for workouts that i should be doing while cycling i would greatly appreciate them. my buddy told me to only lift hard during the test cycle, but im really liking the gains ive been getting doing hard uphill sprints, my legs are getting huge. should i do any different exercises for the winstrol part of the cycle?
