"and being on a diet for about 1 1/2 year and only gained 10 pounds"

That is a very good gain in a year. If you maintain that every year in 5 years you will have 50 more pounds of muscle. Pretty impressive IMO. I don't think you would achieve a huge ammount more using AS at your age. Take a lot of these gains you here with a pinch of salt as a lot of weight is water retention and fat and some is lost after cycle. A lot of juicers would be pleased with 10 pounds lean mass in a year. Keep it up bro you doing good.

    First, WELCOME TO AR !

You will find a ton of information here that may help you decide the way to go BEFORE you consider AAS.

    How tall are you?

I would suggest you get to the diet forum and look into bulking diets first
Then look through the Training forum and see if there is anything different you can do with you workouts to help you gain more naturally.

The better your natural base, the better off you will be before starting AAS.

I think if you can concentrate on a BETTER diet, you will gain a lot of solid weight in the next year or two. I would rather see you stay natural for a few more years, so get a bunch of info here and keep us posted and when you are ready, we can help you better with the AAS
    Good Luck

You're not eating enough...no matter what if you're in calorie surplus you will gain whether it's fat or muscle you will still gain... if there's no weight change at all you're not eating enough

Allright Bro- sorry to be "that guy" but there is no way you should be taking steroids at the age of 20. You need another 3 years or so until you are fully developed. Your natural Test levels are high enough at the age of 20. Start eating more, and what is your height? Its hard to know how skinny you are w/out the height. Read up on the diet stuff here. If you're gaining muscle w/out AAS all the power to ya. Keep it up. But steroids isnt the answer. At least not now.

That's just an excuse for ppl who don't eat/train like they should to get big.

    So sick of hearing/seeing that.

Sure some peoples genetics are better than others. Most the time and I bet here your eating like a marathon runner from kenya instead of like someone wanting to get bigger.

No offense, but WOW 5'11" and only 150#. I am the same height, I would NOT start using AAS until I got to at LEAST 190# naturally.

I don't care how fast your metabolism is, if you are NOT eating 6 meals a day and the proper amount of PROTEINS, CARBS , and FATS (good fats) your not gonna gain. evan with AAS

Start there. You got to EAT MORE. before you ever start AAS PLEASE !!! AAS is not a magic pill that will make up for lack of calories or training. In fact, you have to have your eating 110% when on AAs for them to work, or you will be wasting your money and sadly dissapointed. Get to 190 naturally then we can help you with AAS

Hey man 3 months ago I weighed 130 (I'm 5'10''), so i switched up my diet and started training better then ever before, switching things up and shocking my muscles. I started eating 4 meals a day and have gained a minimum of 5lbs a month, i'm now a solid 150 and starting to look really good. I now just switched my diet to 6 meals a day and I'm hoping that will keep a solid 5lbs a month gain. And how is your lifting? is it on and off? I've been working out 2hrs a night atleast with taking a night off every once in a while. Switch things up like the order of your excercises and what workouts you do what days. Like, dont repeat the same order of your workouts week after week. The body is way to good at adapting.
    Also:
Have you logged what you eat and how much protein and calories you actually get in a day? I did and i realized I wasnt getting enough of anything, so I made a document in msWord to log my eating habits and train my self to eat better higher protein meals thoughout the day.. it helped alot. I pretty much logged myself to eat well for a month and now I will naturally eat better higher protein meals. Now im logging again to switch from 4 meals to 6 meals.

    Hope this helps bro.

Hey mate, havn't posted on here for a while but i read you article and thought i would make a post as i know you are in need of guidance. As most of the boys said here you are not ready for gear. I'm 21 done a couple of cycles of test nothing spetacular happened man i probably gained 8 kilos of lean muscle off them but kept half that, due to a shitty PCT which i admit i f***** up. The results are what i expected but didn't impress me. I'm thnking of doing another one but am thinking F*** it, go natural for a while longer gain some meat naturally before i do anything, gonna be 22 end of the year, might do one then but still might wait longer. Basically patience mate you got heaps of training ahead of you before you can consider a cycle i've been training since 17.5 years old and was 110k before i did my cycles, which in yank terms works out to be something like 250pounds. Sorry for the essay just thought i'd give some advice and my opinion, hope it helps yah.
P.S WANNA GROW DO WHAT I DO EAT 8 TIMES A DAY ITS A MUST.

At your age you do not need AAS, you have enough natural hormones floating around to achieve good gains in muscle tissue, id concentrate on your diet and training program because they are the key to building a good solid base before you even start AAS, if you do build a good base which does takes years you will make excellent gains when you do decide to take gear and will be far more maintainable.
