How Many Of You Take Niacin and what are the doses you run...Im just taking 250mg right now and was thinking if I should ramp it up?

I take it at 300mg to help with BP

I usually take it when im on a cycle and for pct at 1000mgs ED for my cholesterol levels.

I found out that this stuff makes me turn red and get bad, bags under my eyes. And yes used flush free.

i just take a super B complex vitamin ED. sometimes 2.

100% sure. It may have been the combination of that and the B12 shots, not sure, stopped them both at the same time.

Are you speaking health-wise or for an oral cycle?

Health-wise, I take 500mg of flush-free niacin.
