Ive heard when u come off ass you should start doing less weight more reps to let the body heal a little? is this true and should it start during pct or after? basically what im saying is should i continue my aas routine on pct?

						You should back off your wights by about 25% when you start PCT. An increase in protein would be beneficial as well.
