I use straps for all my shrugs, seated rows, bent over dumbell rows, t-bar and dead lifts. I like being able to relax my hand grip and just try to imagine my arms as "hooks" that are attached to my back/traps

pretty simple for me. if i can't hold on to do what i'm doing, i use them. most of teh time i can get away without using them for deads because i do them first, but on my rows at the end, sometimes i struggle so i'll use them. just depends on my grip strength for that day. but to say i use them every single time...no.

Ditto, also I would recommend using them sparingly, grip strength is very underrated!
