    L-Carnatine

    whos has used it or heard of it and does it work at all guys at the gym told me i should use it with the eca stack that it would work great but i dunno can someone tell me something i need to know about it and if they have had any experience with it thanks

    ive seen a few of my friends get good results but if you get it get Acetyl L-Carnatine...much more effective
