Benadryl side fx

have any of you guys taken benadryl and not slept the entire night? i had heart palpitations and restlessness all night. i switched to that from using Ketotifen. should i try one more night of benadryl and see if the same sides occur?

after i went off the benadryl i had a sore throat for a week almost like post nasal drip... I'm not blaming the benadryl i'm just merely stating

doc said Benadryl works both ways-either's gonna make you very sleepy or willmake U not sleep at all.That was the case with me...go see a doc he'll give U some Ambien CR.U'll love it!

If you take to much ambien that shit can mess you up pretty good. A friend of mine took some of it one day and you could tell is messed him up pretty good and he ended up getting a DUI on it.

Its kind of like an allergic reaction. when i was little i could not take benadryl made me hyper and felt like my skin was crawling off me. now when i take it i go right to sleep.

benadryl is also CNS depressant it can cause a drop in BP and make you thirsty, how much in mg's did you take.

i took 2x25mg pills, thats it, but see the thing is, Ive never taken it, maybe i just need to get used to it

Benadryl makes me so sleepy at 50mgs. I have a real hard time getting up for work the next day.

hold on, the bendaryl i was taking is not the drowsy formula...do you guys take the drowsy formula, ie, guaifinsesn or something like that in it?

I didnt know they made non-drowsy benadryl. I looked for it a while ago and couldnt find it anywhere.

its weird, the active ingredient in benadryl is the antihistamine which is Diphenhydramine HCl , but if you go to like the sleep aids..same ingredeint but listed as sleep aid
