I started working out and dont know if this is a good routine..im trying to show definition.
MON. chest -n- tri's sauna, swim 100 meters run 3 miles
TUES. back -n- bi's sauna, swim 100 meters run 3 miles
WED. legs -n- shoulders sauna, swim 100 meters run 3 miles
THUR. cardio
FRI. cardio
SAT REST
SUN. REST
