Pro/carb or pro/fat would depend on your required macros, layout of your diet, and what works for you better as a person. I suggest you lay out your entire diet, or you'll only be getting a survey about what we eat at those meals, without knowing your diet or anything about you.Originally Posted by avcomp5

Cutting or bulking?
I use to eat 1/2 cup cottage cheese but I decided to cut ALL dairy out of my cut because it had a tendency to bloat me. If it doesn't bloat you have a little cottage cheese. Looking at your diet, pro/fat seems to be the choice I would lean towards.
i am currently trying to cut
To many Carbs(bread, burgers, pasta) for a guy who is trying to cut.
horrible for a cutting diet.
not critiquing till macros are listed
