    still bulking

    i am on week 8 of my 13week cycle of test e i was goign to add winstrol at the end on this cycle but dont want to loose any weight. I should be able to take winny and still put on dry gains correct? also when i do add winny should i lower my cals to 2500-3000, i am at 3500-4500 daily ? or should i continue straight with my test e till the end then use the winny later in time? btw this is my 1 real cycle

    I would add the winny in at week 10 or 11 and run it till week 15 the day before you start pct.....

    I would keep the cals the same as long as you arnt gianing fat right now....

    should i up the cardio, to 4times a week at 30mins, when i start the winny

    i am really not sure about my bf i have been keeping my fat around 70-90g

    It depends on your goals....

    If this is meant to be a bulking cycle and you are not putting fat on then I would keep everything the same....

    If you feel like you are getting too fat throw in some extra cardio or adjust your cal intake...

    I try to do 3-4 days of cardio a week all the time weather on cycle or not but thats me...

    doijng 4 days of cardio instaed of 3 would not hurt mass gains IMHO

    ya i am still bulking so you could consider adding winny to a bulk cycle for dry lean gains?

    i will hit cardio 3-4times at 30mins at 4mph

    Heck ya you can add winny to the end of a bulker it helps to harden things up.....I love winny you just gotta watch the joints.......

    I dont see any problem with uping the cardio just make sure you dont over do it.........If you start to lose to much weight cut it back down or up the cals....
