Can I stack Lean xtreme with clen?
I do running for cardio because I don´t have a treadmill. Should I take Clen before or after cardio?

In the morning. It doesn't matter when. Clen has a long half life. What is lean xtreme?Originally Posted by bigeater
I have bought it from bodybuilding.com. Lean xtreme is from designer supplements and it´s a cortisol blocker.Originally Posted by MrMeathead
Here is a little more info about it: This exciting new supplement is one product in a line of new products that will all feature our new patent pending 7-OH. This is a great compound which will be effective for weight loss, lean bulking, increasing natural levels of T3 and have anti-estrogen properties as well perfect for post cycle therapy (PCT). This will make 7-oxo, 7-oxo ethers and 7-oxo transdermals obsolete.
Amount Per Serving:
7-OH: 50mg
(7-hydroxy-dehydoepiandrosterone)
Other Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, gelatin, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.
So can I take them on the same day?
When I take 80 mcg of clen a day should I split the dosage?
Why is it good to take clen two weeks on and two weeks off?
Is it necessary to take a potassium supplement if I don´t eat fruits?
Many people experience a negative respiratory effect from Clen; then again many report the very opposite, increased respiratory output. Taking Clen before cardio will quickly tell you which camp you fall into. If it is the former (the negative effect camp), just take yours after cardio and you'll be fine because this encumbrance is short lived even though Clen's half-life is significantly longer.Originally Posted by bigeater
As for the Lean xtreme, I couldn't determine contraindications without knowing the components that make up their proprietary blend (7-OH), but in general Clen is quite versatile and can be used with everything except Ephedra. Let me correct that, they can be used safely together but not effectively since Eph is preferred by the Beta-2 (Clen's uptake receptor). Since Clen is absorbed subsequent to Eph its absorption rate is reduced to 32-33%, which is virtually ineffective.
Lastly, a fluid stabilizer is recommended with Clen to prevent cramping which happens in most, though not all users (dependent on dose, brand, and the person). All electrolytes Sodium, Potass., Magn., contribute to reducing this problem, but L-Taurine is preferred due to its all-encompassing effect. Often 500-1000mgs is sufficient and increased by increments of the same until cramping is eliminated.

Thank you for the answer.
I know that I should start with 20 mcg a day. Should I split the dose when I take 80 mcg a day or should I just try to take it at one time and see if it gives me any side effects?
Due to the long half-life (36hrs) splitting is unnecessary.
However, some people split dosages, to in a sense split side effects. So if you can handle the sides from a one-time dose there's no need to split.
