I was doing barbell shrugs and on my last rep the right side of my middle back got really tight... right fter that i could like not move at all and i was super stiff.... that was 6 days ago and my back still hurts if i make sudden movements and my back is still stiff... it doesnt seem to be getting better..... any thoughts of what i should do besides ice????
any help would be appreciated because i start training for my meet this week..(well im suppose to if i get better)
