Hi guys, just looking for some ideas on a good cycle for a fighter (vale tudo/MMA)
Basically for the main benefit of having an improved recovery from training sessions, so he could train longer and harder and more frequently, being natural its very hard to spar everyday, and still lift weights and do cardio 6 days per week!
Also improvements in strength, speed and agression would be good, obviously it would be important to stay quick and agile without getting too musclebound, but some muscle gain wouldn't be a problem.
I was thinking test/var myself, or maybe bold/var. Any thoughts?
