this was me in 1992 about 3 months after winning a small show in fayettville, NC. I was about 152 at the contest and in the pic I was about 160-165, just to let you see what i look like when i decide to shred up, I would really like to see me now at that kind of conditioning, who knows maybe one day soon...

thanks everyone and yea carlos i was acutually almost 165 in that pic, I had just got out of the military or was about to get out and i was in my home town and the gym owner told me to flex my back he wanted to take a pic cause he was watching me do weighted pullups and was bragging about the detail in my back, he took the pic and blew it up and hung it by the pullup bar, kinda embarising, but i do use this pic for motivation whenever i do start dieting.

(1) i was about 20 or 21 in that pic, and i started lifting when i was 13.
(2) yes i was natural i didn't do a cycle until age 30 which is how old i am now

I am starting (as of 7-4-02) to slowly diet down right now, i doubt i will try and get super lean, but i will make a considerable change in bf%, i don't think i could stand to walk around like mikexxl thats just too uncomfortable for me, i tend to lift heavy and like a little bit of fat and water for comfort, but the diet is on the way, i am slowly reducing carbs as we speak. I will post some recent photos in about 2 weeks.
