did you take any Benadryl to help up regulate your beta receptors??? if not i would suggest taking some time off and taking a bit of that to help get them back up to normal again...if you did i would suggest still taking like a month off just to relax...

as clenbuterol has no affect on the bodys hormone production, you could jump on AAS as soon as you finish if you wished. but, webb is right, i think its best to let the body return to some kind of normality after any drug is used

The first time I used clen I ramped up to only 60mcg and ran it for three weeks mainly as a test just to see how my body would react. Also my work environment is such where it is easy to dehydrate or get heat stroke without adding any other outside variables. I did take plenty of potassium and plenty of water, and even though I didn't cramp up I do intend to add taurine to the mix the next cycle. I did take Benedryl the third week as well. I'm not a big fan of Benedryl due to the groggy feeling it gives me upon waking, so I'm looking forward to cycling with out it and ramping up higher on the clen. Thanks again for the response.

6 weeks max is best. 12 is along time. I'd give your body some time to recover. I'd still follow the time on = time off.

I've yet to try clen for more than three weeks myself. But for the minimum recommended dose I was pleased with the results. I carefully watched my heart rate and blood pressure (with no notable side effects). I have unusually low blood pressure and heart rate. One added benefit for myself personally is that I actually had more endurance in the gym (on the treadmill and other endurance machines) as opposed decreased cardio like most. After a couple weeks people asked me if I was on steroids due to the decreased fat content on my face. There was slight decrease in fat in my abdominal area which is very encouraging, but that area is the last to go on me anyway. I used caution after reading some of the horror stories from those who pushed too hard to fast.

You used caution, and that's why you ran it for 12 weeks?

Let me clarify. I read a great post from a female member that said that you should not cycle for more than 12 weeks (2 on 2 off). So my question was thus after 12 weeks of cycling how long till you are able to cycle again. I have never cycled for more than three weeks (third week running benedryl). And thanks to some great members (including yourself) I am now prepared to continue my journey armed with some great info. Thank you again.
