I hear ev1 saying running it PCT, but cant you run it during cycle too?

Wouldnt it just make you that much more stronger? Or am I missing something here?

I'd say save creatine for pct because as stated above the anabolics you choose will most likely give you the gains you want. Creatine would be better suited in the weeks leading to pct with no anabolics coming into your system and during pct when it can help a little with strength and water weight.

But if it will help more, would you just use it on cycle too to get better gains overall?

I mean, is there any downside in using it during a cycle and PCT?

Why wait for PCT when you can get a little more strength gains during cycle too?

bro, compared to the anabolics, the creatine isn't going to do much for you. just saying that it would be smarter and more beneficial to you to use it during PCT and for a few weeks after to KEEP your gains. what's the point of making great gains if you can't keep them? that's my thinking behind it.

    Why cycle creatine??

    Maybe I have missed something...

I have considered creatine more along the lines of a multivitamin...
Something good that is important and benificial to the body.

Sure your not going to see 'gains' based on creatine... however it certainly will assist the body in reaching its potential.

But why would you need 'off cycle' time with creatine??
Why not take it daily with the multivitamin and protein??

After reading up on it. I believe thats how most people do it.

2 ways:: cycle it for about 3 months, then take 2 weeks off...then start

or...everyday, and just do a loading phase after 4 months or so.
