    Question I NEED SOME HELP AND YOUr OPINION!

    my stats
    157lb
    5.8 ft
    bf 11%
    21 years old
    i've done 1 cycle which is primo d-bol winstrol proviron.
    every one think iam 175lb or 180lb but my legs are lacking a lot.

    i've got 90 caps superdrol ,primo,testa enan.
    now should i use superdrol for bulking( 2 cycles 3 weeks each),and keep the primo testa for my cutting cycle after 7 months or should i do the opposite?
    btw primo iam gonna do 400/w and testa 250/w for 8 weeks.
    help appreciated thanks!

    At 158lbs and 5'8" what you need is food and not juice dude !!!!

    my problem is in my LEGS ..and thats genetics ,and all my weight is in my upper body

    Hardly think it is all due to genitics. Probably more likely your training !!

    Post your leg routine and how often you do it and maybe we can help

    AAS does NOT make up for genetics

    Come on sman, give him a break, maybe he's right.. Why else wouldn't they get big when your leg workout is a morning run?

    i do them once a week i do extensions 4 sets
    Lying Leg Curls 4 sets squat 5 sets and calves 6 sets

    Maybe try adding weights!!

    how much you squatting and how deep do you go??

    iam still new with squatting ..i used to do hack squat only..so iam working on the weights

    Try adding more to your leg routine, like 4 sets leg extensions to warm up and then 4 sets squats , 4sets leg press, 2 high rep sets hack squats, then 5sets lying hame curls ,and 2 setsstiff leg dead lifts with reasonable weight but not to heavy , so your working the hams.do this once a week and eat right and you should be growing legs in no time
