    Pics look good man. I'd spend some time on your posing, and make sure that everything is right. Someone here mentioned that bodybuilding is a lot of illusions, and posing will help that illusion. Make sure your compulsory poses are tight as hell.

    thanx bro, this is my 2nd competition and last time i was one of the best posers out there...for my age and expierience level.

    your coming along nicely str8, i think after this show and a good long offseason(squat, squat, squat) I think its time to step up to the next level in a bigger show and see how you match up.. I think you will do well..

    Thanx B-BOY this is actually a pretty big show. It's a WNBF pro qualifier, however I'm doing the novice class. Several people close to the show have told me I could do well in the open (very well) but I have decided that I need more expierience before I go head to head with those guys. I'm only 20, right now it's time to gain expierience so when I make a step to the next level I will be ahead of the game. As always thanx for the constructive critique bro.
