    Puffy/Swelling Areolas..?

Anyone else have this? One of my other friends has it, where in the middle of summer or a real hot place the areola (puffy part around the nipple) actually balloons up a little bit? It's nothing gross and it doesn't pus or anything sick like that, I was just wondering if anyone knows what this is?

Like I said, in the heat the areola swells out and it's semi-visible through a light shirt, but in the cold they shrink RIGHT back down to normal, actually perfect size IMO. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

Believe it or not, that's actually not BAD news in the sense you'd think. I'm actually HAPPY I know what it is now. I thought it was just some weird genetic abnormality.

Thanks for all the help bro. BTW, anyone know how much gyno removal surgery is? I know in the thousands, but any idea? 2-3 thousand or 15-20 thousand?

depending where you are & the doctors fees...I have heard it ranging from 2500- 5500. obviously a quality job is first & foremost. I will most likely be getting it sometime in september...I am also keeping a log of my doc visits etc..& will be including pics later.. the thread is called - gyno left untreated .

Very cool, very cool. Well I wish you best of luck.

But to touch really quickly on the topic of 'quality'.. unless i'm mistaken, all they really have to do is go through the armpit (*small* incision) and remove some of the tissue under the nipple. i know it kind of sounds like im downplaying the seriousness, but let's just say they mess something up, its not like your nipple's going to be stapled and hanging on your chest. WORSE case scenario: theres a big scar in YOUR ARMPIT (which no one, not even YOU could see in the mirror, beach etc..) and you have to go in again.

i could be missing something here, but it doesnt sound like a quadruple bypass surgery here...

agreed...although I have seen many different scars look totally different from the same surgery. my ACL surgery scar looks 100x better than my buddies. had mine done at the hospital for special surgery..he didnt. my understanding also is that they can/may or will cut around the outer edge of the areola go in & remove the gland & the stitch it up so the scar is almost invisible...
one website has all the pics... PM me to get that --i'm not sure if im allowed to post the website...

I have them, though mine always seem to be puffy, and I have hard tissue under the left one. I have been dealing with it since 7th grade, go puberty! Im waiting to get down to 10% bf before i decide on surgery.
