guy gets busted ordering powder

Found this out on another web site bb. I am just looking for feedback from more people. See if anyone has personal experience with a similar situation or knows anything that is relevant to this. This is not me, it is another poor soul who lives in Australia. Here is the post:

Here is the story, I ordered some raw powder OverSeas for personal use, totalled 70grams. Was planning for a comp next year, thought might get some powders cheap and effective and concuct my next cycle.

Anyway, I ordered, got the delivery. 2 Days later after the package arrived they had a search warrant, and searched my house. Found the powder, along with 60ml of femera, 2ml of sus, 2ml of prop and 20ml of clen. A few nolva caps and empty vials.

This is so ****ed up, they say its a trafficable amount, bullcrap only ever used for myself. All I wanted to do was bodybuild, I know they're doing their jobs but damn I am no threat to society what so ever. You think these guys would go after the crack dealers who live 5blocks away from me. Now I have this crap lingering over my head.

It wasnt a full blown raid, these guys took one look at me and im sure knew i am not some dealer or threat. They were customs, so no weapons just a few guys and some were even making jokes and laughing.

All this 2weeks before my birthday too . I take full responsibility for what I did, not denying that. Ill cop what I am given which will most likely be a fine. For me bodybuilding is not on the cards for atleast another year.

I dont think much will happen, how about you guys? I've sought out legal advice already

check out elite for the whole post, its from destroyer. i did the math over there (it was wrong originally) but the 70 grams would work into 28 10ml vials of test e for example. thats 220 ml over the "personal stash". he could be in trouble. but i dont know what they do in australia.

a good friend of mine Just went through the same thing and there are lots to be learned form this .......... 1 dont give a fake name for a post office box If you get busted and they will find out its mail fruad and its FED charge on top of the charges you all ready will get ........... plus even though you deny a controlled delivery ......... They still can get you on it ......... any way his lawer cost him 19k and he is not doing one day In jail

also bro under the new AAS laws ther are calling 5 ml 1 unit of gear so if he has 30 10ml bottles Thats 60 units which Is trafficing the sad part is that that its still personal use but to the powers that be it's not .. plus every pill is one unit no so if you get busted with 30 bottles and 200 pills which is not much thats 260 units of gear not 1 cycle which is bull shit

I suppose the one important thing here to remember is not to open the box for at least 48 hours and to store it somewhere else rather than your home. Also make sure your home is clear of everything, which for me isnt easy because I dont have anywhere else to store it. Are there places you can rent storage lockers, other than the gym because that is rather obvious? Wouldnt storing the stash in your gym locker be a foolish thing, I would think they would get a warrant to search there too? Or would they even need a warrant to search it, if the got permission from the gym?

I really think that they have chosen steroids to battle because they think it is a war that they can win. They failed at fighting real drugs, are failing in Iraq and Afganistan etc. I have to admit ive been a republican all of my life, as well as every single person in my family, but I am now about to change political parties. I would like to see the balance of power back with the Dems for awhile. Guess they figure they can bully the average steroid user, young middle class males with no criminal record, and show the country just how "effective" they are at getting rid of a "problem".

i will only use a local guy now. working still but im close. have one but pricey, looking for better. i would not chance the mail again. these laws are crazy and they will enforce them early on. big penalties for small amounts.

HRT wouldnt be so bad except for the fact that the price is still outrageous and they prescribe such a small amount that it would never suffice for bodybuilding. Guy I know is getting 200 mg test/wk and thats on the high side. THat wouldnt do jack for me. He himself asked me if test ever did anything for me and I told him "hell yeah, at at least 3 times that dose".

my insurance covers test and other gear and hgh. wouldnt cost me a thing. as far as doses, if its legal i'll take what i can get. im not doing time for aas. that is just ridiculous imo.

I got a good trick for you guys. if you take your time, you can gut a VCR tape out right where the label is, and stash a fare amount of gear in there.once it is open you can superglue the lable back in place and you would never no that it had gear in it. that way if anybody gets snoopy they open up your package and see thets its just another Disney movie.

exactly bro, it has nothing to do with being nervous (which we should be, cause you honestly nvr know) but like you said we the AS community do not need to give any information as to how/where/when anything we do is done. It is a little thing called common fukin sense.

Considering how our rehabilitaion system is already overcrowded, we let child molesters and violent criminals off early, it is hard to see them doing a witch hunt and locking up each and every guy they catch ordering 1000 tabs of dbol. Sure they watch the boards, but some guy saying how he uses video tapes to hide isnt going to tip them off. Most LE people know all of the tricks already. Now I do not think it is a good idea discussing names of UGs or the shipping methods they use. So I think it is a matter of using your head and not revealing too much.
