    I will tell you one fact about that little part of the world, and that is that their drug smuggling laws are very strict and subsequent penalties are VERY stiff. Think "Midnight Express". So you may want to exercise some caution. Probably the usual eygptian stuff is there (real and fake) and given the geography possibly others, its hard to say
