After I get home from sardinia I will start my pct and take about 4 months or so off the juice.
Now my big question is how do I maintain my strenght through that period?
Should I just do a regular periodisation routine maby doc susts dead routine? I am going to limit my workouts to max 3 workouts a week though. Maby just even two. 4 puts a strain on me even when Im on the juice.
What do you guys do when you take time off?
