what time of the day do u guys usually take your nolva?? i usually just do 20mgs rite in the morning when i wake up but some people told me middle of the day or after my workout???? i thought just the morning would be fine

People see fine results with all dosage at one time during the day. Ive been splittin up dosage 2x a day when taking 20mg or more. I came across this suggestion on this Tamoxifen Citrate website http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/generic/tamox_ids.htm

I split the dose morning and evening. If in a taper, just morning.
