keep the intesity the same or harder if you can. It's very hard when your in PCT. reduce the amonut of time you spend in the gym say for example you spend normally 60mins in the gym reduce this to 45 mins but keep intesity still high.
i would wait till your hpta returns to normal before you take some time off
