I would drop one of those. Maybe alternate decline bench and dips every week.
seems like alot of excercises, i would pick 4 and bust your ass!!!
too much, it'd be overtraining for me
I would alternate the dips and decline, and the same with the two fly exercises, so you would be left with 4 exercises and up the sets to 4. Just my humble opinion.
Same here. I think a lot of people overtrain chest to be honest. Its really not a big muscle group. I do 3-4 exercises tops. I only throw a 4th one in for a few sets on cables or a machine if I feel I need it.Originally Posted by stayinstacked

ALWAYS START WITH INCLINE by the way...
Incline Dumbbell Press/Bench, alternate each week
sets: 8,6,4,6,4-->Dropset 50% of 4 rep weight for 10-15 reps
Flat Bench/Dumbbell, alternate each week
Sets: 8,6,4,4
Dumbbell Fly of Choice (incline, Decline, Flat)
Sets: 10,8,6 or 8,6,6
Burnout of Choice, Cable Cross, Peck Dec...
3 Sets 12-15 reps....
Its been Good to me!! HIGH VOLUME training, the best way to lift, IMO...
