Holy Shit! So I just started it today. And its just day 1 of the pre-workout 3 months.
I can already tell its gonna kick my ass! Did bout 130 pullups, and thats after the 300 or so pushups....added with the 200 crunches/situps.
And thats only pre workout day 1!
