Hey guys. Here is my story. I broke my arm in January and could not work out or train for 3 months. At 3 months, I was able to do a LITTLE cardio only and no weights at all b/c it all hurt. I was having some problems with the humerus bone in my left arm. Well, now at the present, I now have been back working out full force like I was before the break. I gained some weight while off. Currently getting that off now. Just looking to get some help with getting my strength and my size back plus some. Something to speed along the cutting up would be beneficial too. I have been back working out for like a month now. I am not up with all the new supplements they have out....as this is why I am here asking you guys. I have been through a few cycles and I am not looking to go that route at this time. SO...........

here is the question....
...........What is a good supplement you guys have had good luck with that gave you good strength gains, cut up, or basically just an overall good results ? Any and all opinions are wanted.

Not looking for AAS right now. Just wanting to take it as natural as possible right now. Everything else is right with me as for as the training and diet. Just want to add a supplement or two or three. Currently taking just whey protien powder everyday.
