i always use the adductor machine where you bring your legs together. lunges and squats with a wide stance are also good.
The best exercise for hip adductor would be the hip adductor machine
stick with squats
thank you all for suggestions.
Squats basically hit every muscle group in the legs, but the machine also works well. I usually do the machine at the end of my leg workout and it feels good. Also if you have an elastic band, you can put it around your ankles and walk sideways with it then out to the sides, it works well. Its hard to explain but I love it.
Actually for adductors it is best to do some single leg work... lunges and bulgarian squats should do the trick pretty nicely. I have read pros and cons on the adductor machines but I don't remember the issue... I think is was an impingement or imbalance kind of issue...
Anyway single leg work will also help overall leg development and stability...
Hint: Start out light... it will fry your inner thighs!
