I was ending a 8 week heavy lift cycle. I was taking a week off to recoup. Do you guys also rest from the cardio? Or do you continue with cardio? I was thinking about ramping it up for the week.

3 days of 30min cardio should be fine
when i take a week off from training.. i take a week off from EVERYTHING
Cardio included.
Eat lots of vegetables.. .drink lots of water.
Reduce your overall caloric intake... let your body rest man.

Thanks I did hit the heavy bag last night but I'm gonna listen to you guys and take the week off
