Need some ideas, on what food/supp's to bring on the road for 3 weeks. Product names will help. I got dex, whey, cassein. Most likely there will be no fridge in my hotel room. What would you bring? Thanx

Tuna
Chicken
Turkey
Get some relish and mustard to bring along and hot sauce to mix with that stuff...and than protein shakes as well and make sure to bring along EFAs.
Thanx bro, never been a big fan of Flax pills. Since I will have no fridge, dont think I can use my flax oils, so anyone recommend a good Flax pill, or should I just try and get it from food? Keep them coming.Originally Posted by GUnit33

Relish and mustard are also good ideas cause the chicken/tuna will get old quick.
That covers all three macros. Hell, many of my days at home have consisted of just these things since they are so easy to pack when in a rush.
