this is taken word for word off another supplement forum. what is wrong with these people?
'I wouldn't even take creatine since your body naturally makes creatine and taking more can disrupt the process..of course weightlifters will always try to find evidence saying creatine is safe so they don't feel bad about consuming it. I think people who take creatine are just vain little buttheads who want to look big(because people who take creatine usually take it to look bigger, not for its muscle-building-aiding-effects)...whey protein on the other hand...I wouldn't take either.
When I took whey(20g+9g from milk added in) I didn't notice much result really so then maybe like 6 months later I upped it to 40g+9g with milk added...I took that stuff 3 times and now I can't drink more than 1 glass of milk with dirrhea. However, if you want to try it just don't take nitrotech(people consider it the best protein mix) because it was shown to make some athletes test positive for steroids.'
