Omnadren, 2 different versions VY

Look at the picture I have attached of omnadren.
On one of the version of ampull it has a Y and the onther once have a V .

Does anyone know anout the differentcy of these two versions?

Any onther information about different size on the ampulls is also needed, I had two different size of the amps.

Bro I`m in Poland, I`ve seen many omnas in my life, and this in not strange. Those Y, V, & etc. are normal thing on omnas, symbol depends on lot# you`ve got, symbol doesn`t affect composition of esters in amp., underdosing or whatever else. Omnas at second pic (I guess that are the omnas you have) are good, so shoot them, grow and don`t worry.

But there is something else, these i have now is lot: 20201 exp: 02.2004
and they are hurting alot.

Not as they use to feel, and I have taken omnadren 5 times before of the new onces and 2 times the old once. Never felt that pain I got from these(lot 20201).

The last one before this lot, I had lot: 10301 exp: 03.2004, and these did function well, even if there was missing around 0.2ml in eatch amp.

Can you explain why there is so much differentcy between the batches?
