just started taking Vitargo, this shit is the bomb!!

I'm not much for supplements usually, but I've heard nothing but great things about Vitargo, so I figured I'd give it a shot. It's a little pricey, like $50 a jug, but well worth the $$. I've been using it for 4-5 days now. This stuff has my muscles looking so full and pumped lately, and the best part is there is absolutely ZERO bloating on it, unlike dextrose or creatine. I'm a firm believer that this product works. I'm only taking it pre-workout right now, because it is 72 grams of carbs/serving and I'm dieting, but I cant wait to use it for mass building/recovery shake as well. I'm definitely using it as part of my carb load for the show too. Sometimes I only use half a serving too, but still works great. My advice is, if you got the extra cash go grab some. They have both creatine free Vitargo, and Vitargo CGL w/ the creatine in it. Alot of my buddies are on it and swear by it too, you wont go wrong w/ this one guys.

I cant really answer that one, mine is creatine free because I'm getting ready to compete and dont need and bloating, and I've never been too big of a fan of creatine anyways, I just never responded well to it.

just buy the waxy maize starch at tp...way cheaper then the vitargo and the exact same thing (minus the creatine) but seriously, put some CEE in it and really minimize the bloating

do you take it pre or post

take it post with creatine or bcaa's only, then 20 mins. later have your whey. if you mix too much other stuff in there it slows down the absorption of it and reduces its effectiveness. some have also been using it at other times throughout the day and have been reporting excellent results with using as a general carb source

hell yes!!! I'll never quit using this shit, as long as they keep making it I'll keep buying it. It's just what the Doc called for precontest, it's keeping my muscles looking good and full on a diet restricted in calories and now in carbs as I'm 12 days out from the show. I've noticed ZERO bloating, just thick and full muscles. I've been taking it pre workout, sometimes I may do another serving in the morning, just the Vitargo by itself, nothing else really. One serving is like 72 grams of carbs, my only other carbs are coming from grits and potato's right now, but the serving of Vitargo is a little under half of my daily carb intake, it def helps get me through my workouts
