was looking for creatine, and found MET-Rx Micronized Creatine Monohydrate - 1000 g, it says thers 200servings per container.. for 1kg worth of creatine, and was looking at others who have only around 30servings for 7lbs of creatine wil it realy have 2 servings? it has to be loaded up at 4 servings a day for 5 days it says which still leaves 180days worth of creatine after that.. what do uthink?
