A protein shake with some dextrose/maltodextrin in it and then a good healthy meal afterwards.

Yes it is, so I guess I will just go with my dex malto mix, with some whey. Last question bro, I swear!! Should I go with the standard 2:1 ratio, dex:whey, or should I bump it to lets say 3:1, cause thats what most of the ratios are in these crap recovery drinks.
