Threads are messed up!!!

whenever Im in the main forum index any new thread in a subforum appears if its bumped, but if I go to the lounge for example, and not hit back, actually click lounge, it shows the exact same bold and regular thread names with nothing bumped or moved, wierd, I hit the mark all forums read one time but thats it.....how do I make it normal again??
