I totaly know what your talking about i used to manage a GNC in Nebraska. It's a fu#%#@ joke! I agree. Thats why the GNC are in the biggest law suit ever. they have stupid dumbasses working and they never carry the good shit. I went to train a kid once and when i was there he tried to sell someone some protien, and when he was asked why this protien was better than the other all he could do was say because it is. nice #%@%@ IDIOT.

I went to GNC to buy a small can of protien, since I ran out. Well, the guy trys to upsell to me. He tells me that men can't train all the muscles in their bodies due to the hormones they create. He then told me, that if I wanted to increase the size of my chest, that I should buy some estrogen, and that would let me build up more muscle on my chest.
He then said "That's why bodybuilders are so big, yet have puffy nipples. Because of estrogen."
So I laughted at him. Then asked him how many people he's told that to. He said four before me. I asked if anyone actually bought it, he said one guy did. So I told him to look forward to having a lawsuit on their hands now, and that he would most likely be fired.

Does the chocolate or vanilla give more gains?

I've had people tell me that their GNC brand of protien is more anbolic than all other protien.
I've been told that their fake Growth hormone thing will make me grow 2 inches taller.
I've been told that if you stir a protien shake, instead of shaking it, it looses it's effectiveness.
I've been told that Whey protien is used for bulking, and Soy protien is used for dieting.

I told a guy at GNC, that I always take two vitamins everyday, but I take them backwards, and it works way better. I was just messing with his mind.
Well, as I was leaving, he started telling a customer that, and the customer asks how to take them backwards. The GNC guy looked like a total idiot when he couldn't explain, and then realised that I was messing with him.

i work at a franchised GNC and a guy returned a "Strap" to my store which he bought at another GNC he was an older guy, probaly about 40 and i was like, what were you thinking when you bought this, he laughed and was like, i think i was drunk when i bought it haha
