I have been experimenting with buying a new Hardcore before competitions and working it in such that I don't break parallel with the new suit until competition. The results have been amazing. At parallel the stopping power is amazing rather than having weekened the material for months before a competition by going well below parallel. This is a bit off subject but I thought I'd mention it. If you get more than 210-270 out of a single ply squat suit, that would seem a bit insane to me.
BTW Mike Miller has recently stollen my idea. Yeah it's true. He recently bought a new suit and he didn't even break it in. So all he does is go down to where ever the suit will let him and then he goes back up. I should do PL standup.
