I mean significantly enough to really make a difference? I always have a carb drink mixed with N-Acetyl-L-Glutamine immediately after workout, and about 20 minutes later (when I get home) I have a whey shake. Now, I've heard that it's not a good idea to take glutamine in conjuction with whey, because they "compete" for uptake in the body. This sounds like crap to me, but I guess it's possible. Have I been shortchanging myself?
