Anyone??
its full of sugar like all gainers. They make you fat. spend the money on some real food and eat more
make your own shakes with peanut butter, oats milk whey and fruits. you can get 900 calories easy without much sugar. plus if you don't suck at making things they taste awesome.
I prefer N Large 2 myself, tho it's 600 calories, maybe 720 or so with milk added, but if its well blended the chocolate isnt bad at all.
I use Real Gains by Universal. Great stuff. In water, 610 cals, 6g fat, 87 carb, 5g sugar, 52 g protein. It mixes well and tatses great. Most reviews you will find on it are 5 stars. I've used others but this has worked the best. Champion Nutrition has to many sugars, like 65g or so?
even if they say there isn't much sugar in it they still use malodextrin which spikes insulin just as bad
is fine though to take it pwo bc it spikes ur insulin?
Ive used the Serious Mass by Optimum Nutrition. Its prob the cheapest with the highest cals.
how much fat is in it fat slows digestion and isnt wanted pwo. save your money and buy whey and dextrose. or just table sugar and wheyOriginally Posted by kevin3636
