    DNP Diet

    Hi everyone Ive started my DNP cycle today, before flaming ive been reading all the conserning treads for a year I've cap it myself and im taking 150 mg ED and Ill run it for 15 days Im 5'7 and weight 170 lbs at
    12% BF and 18 years old, so far ive been drinking 2 gallons of water 5 pieces of fruit my macros breakdown is 40% P 40% C and 20% F, that is with my 5 pieces of fruit included,plz any advices would be apreciated

    No offense, but why the **** are you taking DNP at 18 years? If you've been reading up on it for a year, you could have lost all the weight you wanted and more naturally in that time. Please reconsider.

    Im not fat Ive got to 8 % Bf many times but i cant go lower than that even with 2X cardio ED, im getinng into a comp in 1 month so i really want to be shredded

    from what i have read your supposed to have more carbs than you are taking. it seems the most common diet is around 45%carbs 35% protein and20% fats. At least thats what most of the people who have logs stick to. You should also be eating foods with antioxidants in them like blueberries and make sure your electrolytes dont get depleted. Eating some fruit is good but you need to get a lot of vegetables in, Or you could just drink v8 juice. I read that that is very important to drink when on dnp. =)

    Everyone's different; there is no set # of macros someone should/shouldn't be taking in on a daily basis. V8 juice?? No no, too much sugar etc...eat raw or steamed veggies.

    I have used DNP i think about 5 times. I will NEVER touch that shit again. Its just not worth it. I got such better results from cardio and being super strict on my diet.
