from what i have read your supposed to have more carbs than you are taking. it seems the most common diet is around 45%carbs 35% protein and20% fats. At least thats what most of the people who have logs stick to. You should also be eating foods with antioxidants in them like blueberries and make sure your electrolytes dont get depleted. Eating some fruit is good but you need to get a lot of vegetables in, Or you could just drink v8 juice. I read that that is very important to drink when on dnp. =)
