    Calling all diet gurus….fancy a challenge

    After years of gastrointestinal problems that have held me back, I’ve found out that I have wheat allergy, everything I used to eat had wheat or gluten in it so now I have no idea how to create a bulking or clean bulking diet with out wheat or gluten can any of you diet gurus come up with a 4000cal diet without wheat or gluten?

    lots of stuff doesnt have wheat...rice, potatoes, dex (if you use it), fruit, grits, natty PB, nuts, eggs, steak, whey...list is endless
    The only thing I can think of that DOES are oats and bread that I would use for a bulk.
    No one is going to make you a diet.

    look into a paleo diet. Its a easy and straightforward diet that contains no wheat.

    But like audis4 said its very easy to avoid gluten and there are so many gluten free products out on the market today that you could still eat bread

    just do a search for celiac disease and you will find tons of info on food products, restaurants, etc. that are gluten free or gluten friendly
