Hey guys, I’m gona give this a go again. I started to cut last time, and wasn’t making ANY progress, so I re-evaluated everything, and I’m starting again. Here’s what’s going down….
I’ll be doing AM cardio, and than after meal 5, I’ll be lifting, and meal 6 will immediately follow my work out. I’m running 300mg of 1-AD along with 6-OXO and also an ECA stack while doing this. The 1-AD is being used to tone up and help with vascularity…I’ve used it in the past and it worked well for me than, so hopefully it’ll work well now. The diet is as follows:
5:50AM – Wake
6:05AM – Cardio
7:00AM – Egg Beaters and ½ cup Oats ECA/1-AD
10:00AM – 1 Can Chicken w/ Flax and Multivitamin
11:00AM - ECA
1:00PM – 1 Can Chicken 1-AD
3:00PM - ECA
4:00PM – 1 Can Tuna w/ Flax and Multivitamin
6:30PM – 1 Can Tuna w/ Veggies 1-AD
7:15PM – Train
8:15PM – 3 Scoops Gatorade/L Glutamine/Creatine
8:45PM – 2 Scoops Protein and ½ cup Oats
My training will look like this:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Arms
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Back
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest
I’ll be doing cardio at least 5 times a week in the mornings, and possibly a total of 7 if I get the urge to wake up extra early on the weekends…but we’ll see how this goes for the next couple of weeks. I’ll get pictures up ASAP, and I’ll weigh myself this evening so I can let you guys know what I’m starting this at. Thanks guys.
