    Review My 3rd Bulking Cycle PLEASE HELP

    I am 25 yrs Old 176Lbs and this could be my third cycle.

    Questions:

    1) Should I Run Test Enth instead of Prop?
    2) Should I do deca also?

    Your not running the sustanon nearly long enough. I'd suggest 10 weeks of test enanthate followed by 2 weeks of prop until you begin your pct protocal.

    What did your prior cycles look like? What is your height and bf%? Goals???

    The first thing you need to learn is what an ester is and does. Sust for 6 weeks will be useless. Sust need to be run 10 12 weeks min. Same goes for test-e and deca. Also deca should not be run with out test.

    My previous cycles:

    First: 8 weeks long oral stanozonol from 10mg-40mg a day

    Second: 6 weeks long 500mg of sust a week and 15mg-30mg dianabol per day.

    Age: 25
    Weight: 176lbs
    height: 6 ft
    Goals: gain 20lbs or more
    Current diet: 100gr of protein, tabs of BCAA, 100mg of weight gainer per day.
    Training: 5 days a week

    yeah it was originally a 12 week cycle of sust with dianabol, but i had to quit because i had to travel for an unxepcted reason. now i have 12 amps of sust left and some 200 pills of naposim and i was thinking on combining with test-prop, and get a 10 week cycle with this.

    yes go research in the diet forum that is what u need to work on aas isnt going to help u bro with that diet .be smart learn on how to eat first then come back to the drawing board.we want to help so let us

    I can't believe you are still only 176lbs, even though your two "cycles" were both going to be highly uneffective for putting on mass.

    Take a step back and take the advice of the other guys that were kind enough to help you get your feet in the right direction.

    You may have just closed the door on reaching anything near your genetic potential, but you HAVE to try at this point with diet, hard work, and rest.

    should i be weighting over 200 pounds to get into aas?

    i really have a problem with food and the time it takes to get 8 meals a day, in the past 18 months I earned over 20 pounds of mass with 2 short aas cycles without worrying about dieting.

    Anyway i am thinking to do 6 meals a day arround (2500calories per day) from the http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=113010 Threath, THANX 1buffsob!!

    for how long do you think i should do this diet? till i reach 200 pounds or more?

    Bulk until you stop growing or bf gets out of hand. Based on where you are then, a cutting diet may be in order, or you may be ready for aas. You'll have to wait in see. Post your diet in the diet forum once you have it ready. I can tell you right now 2500kcals won't be enough. You'll need to go 3000+kcals
