ive changed my workouts for the last couple of months due to a back injury and not being able to go work.........i hit the gym 5 days a week...spending as much as 3 hrs at a time working out. i been only doing machines and nothing heavy at all....and i work all muscle groups in a work out......even got my cardio up to an hour a day....bike and walking...when i got hurt in dec my weight was in the 240ishes....now high 250s....is this total body workout good? or am i over training even though i dont go heavy?.....as for feeling it....i feel tighter and have more wind....but look like a sissy moving those light weights on a machine...
and im doing 5 sets of 10-12reps per muscle......thanks in advance oh and yes....250mg cyp per week......just to keep me motivated.....and 5'11 49yo
