In 8 weeks, I will have in my first figure competition! I start dieting 5 weeks ago and I loose 16 pounds. I weights 127 right now. For my show I will have to loose another 7 pounds. I did pretty well for the last weeks but right now I can't stop craving and a got TO MUCH CHEAT!!! I don't want loose my progress and I need motivation. I don't really know what I can do. I'm fallowed by a really good nutritionist and a personal trainer but right not I don't know what can a do to have my motivation again. I need to stop cheating, I'm so close!!! Do you have any help or tips for me?
