    too much leg work?

for a couple of months ive been doing legs like this:

    full squats, four sets 8, 8, 10, 12
    front squats three sets, 10, 10, 12
alternating lunges, 3 sets of ten each
    leg ext, 3 sets, 10, 10, 12
    leg curls, 3 sets, 10, 10, 12
single calf raises, 3 sets of 12 each

at first it felt good, it was really blasting my legs, but the last 3 leg workouts ive raised the weight on my squats quite a bit, and dont have anything left for the lunges. the leg ext. and curls feel great, really burn out on them but ive actually been dropping weight to get the lunges done. are the first 3 exercises too much? if you dropped one which would it be?

Why not mix the muscles up a little more. For example hit Hams also

    Full squats 3 sets
    front squats 3 sets
Rev leg curls 3 sets (for hams)
i would say another ham exersice here 3 sets
    then hit calves. 4 sets

    Just a quick option

Why do so many exercises period?

The name of the game is intensity.. and you note you're unable to sustain intensity over the duration of the session.. namely cus you're just simply doing too much.

I do: 1 quad exercise; 1 ham exercise; 1 calf exercise.

    That's all.
